Who better to collaborate on a new swimwear line than a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue cover model? And what better way to announce it than to bare your baby bump in a cheeky bikini? Bar Refaeli just unveiled the news of her swim collaboration on Instagram modeling this season’s hottest trend, a thong bikini.

The 30-year-old model (who is five months pregnant) announced the line with the caption, “Coming soon… A baby 😜 & My swimwear collection BAR for @hoodiesil.” But you’ll have to sit tight to see her designs — the black thong bikini bottoms (which is now officially the suit of the season) and top she posed in are by L*Space by Monica Wise.

Thong bikinis aren’t the only swimwear trend happening this spring, though. Celebrities launching their own swimsuit lines seems to be the celeb passion project of the moment. Just this week alone, two stars with existing athletic lines announced they would be branching from sports bras to bikini tops with a swimwear expansion. Carrie Underwood announced her line, Calia by Carrie Underwood, will add swimwear to its lineup with an Instagram explaining the pieces will be “adorable and athletic… and covers everything I want covered!”
And Kate Hudson’s Fabletics collaboration will launch bikinis, one-pieces and coverups in mid-April. The collection is said to include a variety of prints from beachy nautical stripes to tropical jungle-themed tribal patterns, and just like its athletic wear, the suits “encourage women to feel empowered to show off and celebrate the bikini body they’ve worked hard to get,” according to a release.

Refaeli’s fellow Victoria’s Secret Angel, Alessandra Ambrosio was a pioneer in this space, launching her own Ale by Alessandra line in 2014, with 75 pieces that represent her “Brazil-Bohemia-meets Malibu-Chic lifestyle.” She told People, “Brazilians are a bit more liberal with their swim choices, especially when it comes to cuts, so I incorporated both Brazilian and American cuts into this collection.”
